Position Overview

The service department is responsible for ensuring the ultimate customer satisfaction; This is through the excellent execution of the installation and commissioning of the equipment, ensuring the equipment is properly maintained and stays in maximized performance.

You, as a service engineer (senior), are passionate about technical issues, driven to resolve them and you don’t mind getting your hands dirty. With a dedicated technical training of specific knowledge, you can rapidly convert your industrial customer service experience and technical expertise to machine top performance both on technical and application aspects. You work as technical consultant to achieve the customer expectation. Also, the position offers you the opportunity for both domestic and international travel.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Install new machine or modify equipment at customer facilities to ensure full functionality according to specifications
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external coordinating and management.
  • Provide training for customers in connection with our machines: both hardware and software.
  • Responsible for the preparation of spare-parts lists, reports, etc.

·         Main working territory will be China and some other areas of Asia.

Main Requirments:

 

 

·         Bachelor degree in Electronics or mechanical related major.

·         Fluent English ability, above 5 years related service engineer experiences for industrial equipment/machinery with ability to build and maintain good relationship with various customers.

·         Excellent technical problem-solving experience with troubleshooting and follow-up skills.

·         Adaptable to frequent short period travel requirement, 80% of travel days per year.

·         Superior computer and operating system skills (Microsoft family)

·         Self-motivated customer focus and can work under pressure
