This is a temp position for 1 year to support HR team during maternity leave.

此岗位为人事部门1年期的产假短期岗位。

Position Overview岗位描述:Support colleagues related to HR affairs, recruiting, training and administrative items with good collaboration.支持人力资源事务,招聘,培训和行政相关工作。

Main Responsibilities工作职责:

1. Responsible for recruitment and support the needs of business departments.负责招聘工作,支持业务部门需求。

2. Process HR-related reports and system operation.处理HR相关的报表及系统操作。

3. Assist in company’s training course for employee’s growth.协助公司培训课程的开展。

4. Assist administrative affairs and activities organize.支持行政相关工作及活动的组织开展。

5. Support other things assigned by manager.上级领导交办的其他事项。

Main Requirements岗位需求:

1. Bachelor’s degree major in human resources and English level 4 or relevant.  本科学历, 人力资源相关专业及英语四级优先。

2. 5 years’ working experience with 2 years’ in recruiting and interviews.五年年以上工作经验,含2年招聘和面试的经验。

3. Proactive, quick to learn, passionate for people and new tasks.积极主动、学习能力强,且对人和新的任务有热情和兴趣。

4. Customer focus with service mindset and good communication skill.客户导向,有服务意识,善于沟通。

5. Good operating of office software.熟悉操作办公软件。
