-Effectively design, align, execute China team’s organizational development and talent development to serve China strategy and growth in next 5 years based on group strategy and framework, mainly focus on talent review, succession plan, career path, leadership development, individual development plan and onboarding program.
-Closely engage with global or regional business leaders to be responsible for diversified HR support for Asia territory （out of China）, mainly focus on talent acquisition, labour relationship based on local labour law and new legal entities’ set up regarding HR affairs in first 2 years.
-Lead or coordinate regional initiatives or projects through good collaboration with other legal entities in China as ONE Team for synergy, engage or support global initiatives or programs with global thinking and to lift China team’s visibility and impact through contribution and value.
-Cultivate business partner and employee relationship to be culture guardian, acting as culture ambassador through walking the talk for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and lift employee value proposition.
-Bachelor’s degree or above with more than 8 years’ HR related work experience in foreign company.
-Strong communicating skill including sufficient business English as work language.
-Customer focus, Proactive, quick to learn and drive for result.
-Expertise and passion with solid experience in organization development and talent development.
-Background in talent acquisition/HRBP/ consultant/Cross culture is a plus.
