HRBP

Position Overview
You are acting as the professional HRBP through effective and all-round HR support for Aisa (out of China) territory and to drive talent development for China organization with your passion and expertise.

Main Responsibilities:
1)Closely engage with global business leaders to be responsible for all-round HR support mainly for Aisa territory (out of China, from 55 now to 142 headcounts in 2026), including whole talent management cycle for existing legal entities and HR items set-up for new legal entities.
2)Support China team’s organizational development and talent development to effectively serve China strategy for next 5 years.
3)Support diversified HR projects or initiatives globally/locally to boost employee experience and strengthen TOMRA culture.
4)Temporally support Xiamen team’s talent acquisition and learning &developing from Aug 2021 to Jan 2022 due to team member’s maternity leave.

Main Requirements:
1)Bachelor’s degree or above with 5-10 years’ HR related work experience in foreign company.
2)Strong communicating skill including fluent oral English as work language.
3)Proactive, quick to learn and drive for result.
4)Experienced in talent acquisition with 3 years or above work experience.
5)Experienced in organization development and talent development.
6)Head-hunter /consultant/HRBP/Cross culture experience is preferred.
