IT技术支持 IT Helpdesk Support Technician

Main Responsibilities:
1、User Support   用户支持
-Provide L1 Helpdesk support to end users, including users’ onboard and off-board process.
向内部用户提供一线技术支持,包括支持员工入职/离职流程。
2、IT Service Management   IT支持管理
-Handle IT requests and incident reports based on assigned priority
根据指定优先级处理IT需求和事件
3、Infrastructure Management    基础设施管理
-Check local IT infrastructure, assuring that all systems are in accordance with provided checklists
检查本地IT基础设施,确保所有系统都符合检查要求
-Support local events like Town Hall meetings and assure the systems are operational prior to the event, provide expert help during the event
支持本地活动如公司员工大会,确保IT设备/系统在整个活动过程的正常运行
4、Others  其他
-Help senior IT staff with administration and facility work协助高级IT工程师完成行政及设备工作
-Audit computers frequently and report any compliance issues定期审核客户端计算机并报告任何合规性问题
-IT Asset Management   IT资产管理

Main Requirements:
-University degree in Computer Science (B.Sc.) or at least 2 years of experience in similar positions
计算机相关专业本科学历或两年以上相关工作经验
-Superior knowledge in Windows 10 and Office 365
熟悉Windows10及Office365
-End user IT support experience
有最终用户IT支持的经验
-Basic knowledge/skills on: Network and Security (WAN, LAN, WLAN); Server and Storage; WinServer 2016/2019 administration; Virtualization technologies (VMware, HyperV)

拥有以下基础知识/技能:网络及安全(WAN, LAN, WLAN); 服务器及存储;WinServer 2016/2019管理;虚拟化(VMware, HyperV)
-Fluent in English is Plus
英文读写熟练者优先
-Superior communication and social skills
良好的沟通及社交技能
