1.Managing of Projects in Metal and Waste Recycling according applicable procedures （Check of Input from sales, Check of contract details （review）, Internal project coordination （OA）, Interface clearance with internal and external customers, achievement of customer acceptance, monitor including payments）
2.Distribute project closed report and post calculation of costs
3.Build up and maintain reliable relations with our customers to solve problems
4.Technical consulting work for customer and Sales in case of complex plant design
5.Support Sales team, PM team, Service team
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Management of technical-operational projects:
1）Supports and implements projects in the planning phase up to and including the feedback ＆ evaluation phase in case of complex plant design with tips for material treatment, on the arrangement, chronology, if necessary, selection of aggregates （no preparation of drawings）.
2）Organizes and facilitates meetings and other forms of assembly related to the projects and reports on this to the stakeholders and makes sure that obstacles are dealt with efficiently.
3）Is well-informed about the content of the assigned projects and ensures that they are planned and followed up properly.
4）Takes initiatives that improve the processes.
5）Visits assigned projects in the field based on needs
6）Controls the budget of the ‘extra costs‘ for the assigned projects together with SALES and according to the tools （which are under construction）.
2.Information flow external:
1）Cooperates closely with the customer, the agent and, possibly, the line integrator and ensures a proper information flow about the arrangements made.
2）Is available to give technical support/advice to agents and customers in the initiation phase of a project.
3.Information flow internal:
1）Puts together the construction file for each machine, provided from external scope of supply like conveyor, feeder, … in which all features of the project are included （not TOMRA parts which are under responsibility of Design and operation）.
2）Cooperates closely with the departments Sales, Production, Service and R＆D and ensures a proper information flow about the arrangements made.
3）Be in contact with the production keep to punctual completion of the delivery and possibly necessary subsequent deliveries
4）Is available to give technical support/advice to the Area Sales Managers in the initiation phase of a project.
5）Ensure the service team in charge of the installation, start-up and commissioning has all the necessary information about the project. so that the intended results are achieved according contractual scope.
1）Support SALES in designs solutions for line integration （if required） in cooperation with Customer Engineering. Tips for material treatment, on the arrangement, chronology, if necessary, selection of aggregates （no preparation of drawings）
1.Bachelor or master’s degree in technology / Engineering
2.Good communication skills both verbal and writing, good English skill is a must, Japanese will be a strong plus.
3.Customer-minded, Team worker, good communication skill and Organizational skills.
4.Over 5 years or above total work experience.
5.Over 3 years or above project management experience with rich project leading background.
6.Being self-motivated and self-organized, have the proven capacity to fully complete tasks
7.Willingness to travel domestic and abroad
1.Ability to relate to local customers, their views and issues （preferably experience in the local culture）
2.Plant building basic knowledge
3.Knowledge on material flow in recycling plants
4.Basic material knowledge （plastics, identification, haptic）
