销售行政助理 Sales Administration Assistant

Position Overview岗位概述:
The job of sales administration assistant is mainly related to paperwork, system operation and internal affairs, but it also requires communication and relationship management skills. Sales administration assistant shall be supportive – try whatever possible to support and assist salesperson with more
orders, report to the China RSD directly, support to deal with sales support and internal affairs.
销售行政助理的主要工作和文书、内部系统,以及其他公司内部事务相关。同时,这个工作要求沟通及关系处理的相关技能。由于本岗位是个销售部一个重要的支持性的工作岗位,所以工作的首要目的是支持销售获取更多订单。另外,销售行政助理直接向中国区销售总监汇报,协助处理各类销售支持和行政类事务。

Main Responsibilities:岗位职责:
1.Responsible for organizing sales quotation & contract internal review, preparing materials for sales projects, such as bidding materials, supplier information.
负责组织销售报价和合同的内部审核,协助准备项目资料,如投标资料、供应商信息等。
2.Get familiar with company and commercial rules, be a coach/trainer of internal tools and rules for internal staff.
熟悉公司和商业各项规则,成为一名内部工具和内部程序的指导员/培训员。
3.Responsible for managing (sales) reports and pricing tool maintenance.
负责(销售)报告的处理及报价工具维护。
4.Responsible for internal system (IFS) & shared folders maintenance.
负责内部系统IFS和部门公共盘文件的维护。
5.Responsible for inside department & cross-department, cross-entity affairs disposal and coordination.
负责部门内部及跨部门或跨(集团内部)公司事务的处理和协调。
6.Responsible for assisting in sales activities, such as testing, demo, trade shows.
负责协助销售活动,如客户产品测试、测试展示和参展等。
7.Responsible for leads initial screening, such as leads from exhibitions and call/emails from potential customers.
负责销售线索的筛选,例如展会所得的销售线索,潜在客户的电话或邮件咨询等。
8.Responsible for organizing department activities, such as department meeting, dining and outing.
负责组织部门活动,如部门会议、聚餐和外出团建等。

Main Requirements:任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above, no limit in majors, major in English/TCSL/international trade is preferred.
学士或以上学位,专业不限,英语/对外汉语/国际贸易专业优先。
2.Over 1-2 years work experience in international companies or administration or sales/tech service support position is preferred.
1-2 年以上在跨国公司工作经验,或类似行政和销售/技术服务支持类岗位工作经验优先。
3.Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Mandarin. Capable of communication in multinational work environment.
精通中英文的听说读写,擅长跨国工作环境的交流。
4.High EQ: strong communication abilities, think on other’s feet, customer service mind, team worker.
高情商:沟通能力强,较强的换位思考能力,良好的客户服务意识,良好的团队合作者
5.Familiarity with Microsoft software especially excel and ppt.
熟练掌握微软软件特别是Excel 和 PPT。
6. Be patient, detail-oriented and result-driven.
有耐心、注重细节,以结果为导向。
7.Adapt yourself to high paced and occasionally high-pressure work conditions.
能否适应快节奏的工作和偶尔有的高压工作环境。
8.Based in Xiamen. Occasional business trips domestically and internationally.
居住在厦门。偶尔需要在国内或国外出差。
9.Intense concern about China food safty and high quality food, understanding of the food processing industry is a significant plus.
关注中国食品安全和食品品质。若了解食品加工行业将会是一个明显的加分项。
