Take charge of recruiting, support related HR initiatives and programs to meet TOMRA’s strategic growth and development in China.
1.Take charge of recruiting to select and identify the right talent on time.
2.Support related initiative and program to shape learning and developing organization.
3.Support HR manager for compensation and benefit management.
4.Support related activity and program related to company culture.
5.Take charge of HR system for personnel information input and update.
6.Closely engage with employees for employee relationship.
7.Help and support HR and Admin team members for good teamwork.
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, HR or psychology related major is preferred.
2.CET-4 or above, good English ability with multinational company work experience.
3.Over 8 years total work experience, 5 years or above related HR work background including recruiting.
4.Advanced Microsoft skill in excel and PPT.
5.Positive and active, good communication skill and negotiation skill.
6.Customer focus with service mind-set, quick to learn.
7.Experience of consultant company is an advantage.
