Position Overview
Take lead and be responsible for quality assurance of supplier and supplier’s material.
主导和负责供应商及供应商物料的质量保证
Main Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for driving supplier quality continuous improvement, making and implementing annual supplier quality audit and control plan.
发起和主导供应商绩效提升：推进供应商质量持续改进，制定年度供应商审核计划和管控方案并实施；
2.Coach and monitor supplier to follow quality assurance and control.
辅导并监督供应商执行质量保证和控制；
3.Lead supplier quality system audit and product/process audit;
主导供应商质量体系审核和产品/制程审核；
4.Lead material quality control during new product introduction, sample qualification, make and improve inspection standards and IQC inspection requirement.
主导新产品导入材料质量管控，样品认证，制定并完善检验标准和规范。
5.Responsible for the quality assurance of products delivered from supplier, dealing with supplier’s material related matters, following up supplier improvement and final validation.
负责供应商的来料质量保证, 处理供应商物料相关事宜，跟进供应商的改善及最终有效性确认；
6.Support incoming inspection, in-process inspection, pre-shipment quality check and customer compliant handling related with supplier material.
支持来料检验,过程检验,出货检验和与供应商来料相关的客诉处理。
Main Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above, major in Electronic/Electrical /Optics Engineering
本科或本科以上学历，电子/电气/光学专业。
2.Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Electronic/ Electrical /Optics manufacturing industry, or 3 years’ supplier quality management experience.
至少有5年电子/电气/光学制造行业工作经验或3年以上供应商质量管理经验
3.Be interesting on product’s technics and be proactively learning, thinking and deep diving is preferred. 对产品技术有兴趣，具备主动学习、思考和钻研精神特质的优先。
4.Professional quality management knowledge, quality tools and problem-solving skills.
具有专业的质量管理知识，质量工具和问题解决方法。
5.Experience in PCBA, cable, sensor, display manufacture process control is preferred. 有电路板、线材、传感器、显示屏生产过程控制和质量经验的优先。
6.Enable to listening, speaking, writing and reading English 具备基本的英语听说读写能力
7.Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, good leadership and cooperation skills.
良好的人际交往能力和冲突解决能力，良好的组织能力和团队合作能力。
8.Available to travel 10- 20% of the time.
