The service department is responsible for ensuring the ultimate customer satisfaction; This is through the excellent execution of the installation and commissioning of the equipment, ensuring the equipment is properly maintained and stays in maximized performance.
You, as a service engineer, are passionate about technical issues, driven to resolve them and you don’t mind getting your hands dirty. You have a higher technical education: mechanics, electrical mechanics, electricity, electronics and/or experience in a similar position. With a dedicated technical training of specific knowledge, you can rapidly convert your industrial customer service experience and technical expertise to machine top performance both on technical and application aspects. You work as technical consult to achieve the customer expectation. You like to work independently and internationally in customer orientated fashion. You like variety, you adapt yourself easily to different environments and you are eager to learn.
Main Responsibilities: 1. Be the first contact point for various after sales issue. 2. Install new or modified equipment at customer facilities to ensure full functionality according to specifications3. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, internal and external associates, and management.4. You provides training for customers in connection with our machines: both hardware and software5. You are responsible for the preparation of spare-parts lists, reports, etc.6. Main working territory will be Thailand, SEA and some other parts of Asia.
Main Requirments:1. University degree in Mechanical, Electrical or similar2. At least 3 years or more of electrical and mechanical background/customer facing work experience required3. Fluent in Thai and English, Chinese will be a strong plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with customers4. Troubleshooting, and follow-up skills. excellent technical problem-solving, Self-driven, pro-active and target oriented working style with a high willingness to perform5. Superior computer and operating system skills （Microsoft family）6. You have a flexible attitude with regard to travel and labor (80% or higher short period travel);Valid driving license with good record7. Socially outgoing, ability to handle stress
