The service department is responsible for ensuring the ultimate customer satisfaction; This is through the excellent execution of the installation and commissioning of the equipment, ensuring the equipment is properly maintained and stays in maximized performance.服务部负责确保客户的最终满意; 这是通过对设备安装和调试的极好的执行,确保设备得到妥善维护并保持最佳性能。
You, as a service engineer, With a dedicated technical training of specific knowledge, you can rapidly installation and commissioning independently, make maintenance or repairing service and give customer training, keep communication with European experts regularly and support APAC project and Service. Supporting Global service if necessary.Contact with customer regularly and give the technical solution and suggestion. Also need to support sales team for the equipment sales, mainly in charge of 3 Series machine platform application and to be an Expert of Series Product Expert in the long term.You will use to short term business trip frequently and working under great pressure .Meet the customer requirement and add Value for customer as a Technical Expert . 作为服务工程师, 在经过专业的技术培训后,可以独立对新设备进行安装调试,对设备进行维保维修及给客户提供培训,与欧洲专家进行技术沟通交流,支持亚太的项目和服务,包括必要性的全球服务支持。需要与客户进行沟通,提供技术解决方案和建议,从技术上支持销售团队,主要负责食品国内开发3系列应用的设备及其他分选设备的服务,长期方向成为系列产品专家。服务工程师需要适应高频的短期出差,可以在压力下工作。作为技术顾问以实现客户期望。

Main Responsibilities: 岗位职责:

1.Install new or modified equipment at customer facilities to ensure full functionality according to specifications

2.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, internal and external associates, and management.

3.Complete finished the Project installation independently, Maintenance and training for customer.

4.FSE Training, Provide technical support for Sales and CPM, Fast learning and well know about the technology, New Application, Function and Upgradation etc.

5.Main working territory will be China and some other parts of APAC. As well as the global remote support of 3 Serial Products. Training for other FSEs globally.

6.Provide the Technical support for Customer.
1.安装新设备或者改造现场旧设备以确保根据要求指标实现全部的功能;

2.建立和维持良好有效的工作关系,内外部协调和管理;

3.独立完成完整的项目安装,调试;维保及客户培训;

4.给FSE 培训,支持销售和CPM的技术问题,能很快掌握新的技术、新应用、新功能、设备升级等;

5.工作范围将在中国和亚太一些国家, 以及全球的3Series产品的应用远程支持,为此系统产品给全球工程师做相应的培训。

6.对客户提供技术支持。

Main Requirements:

1.University degree in Mechanical, Electrical or similar

2.At least 5 years or more of electrical and mechanical background/customer facing work experience required

3.Fluent in English, Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with customers

4.Troubleshooting, and follow-up skills. excellent technical problem-solving, Self-driven, pro-active and target oriented working style with a high willingness to perform

5.Superior computer and operating system skills (Microsoft office family)

6.You have a flexible attitude with regard to travel and labor (50% or higher short period travel ) ;

7.Socially outgoing, ability to handle stress8.Heavy machine installation and Training service experience is advantage/Priority.
1.大学本科学历,机械,电气相关专业

2.至少5年 及以上电气和机械背景/有客户现场服务经验

3.英文流利,出色的沟通技能和有效与客户和内部相关人沟通的能力

4.故障排除和跟进技巧, 优秀的技术问题解决能力,自我驱动,积极主动和目标导向的工作作风,具有高度的执行意愿;

5.熟练的计算机和操作系统技能(微软软件)

6.高度的出差灵活性(约占50%或更高的短期旅行)

7.性格外向,可有效应对压力

8.有大型机械安装服务或有服务培训工作经验者优先。
