Position Overview:
Main tasks are:
1.Field service work (warm commissioning, testing, integration, optimization)
2.Providing high level technical phone support and field response for equipment and customer issues to people within and outside the organization
3.Give support to Sales and Project Management and strives for project acceptance
4.Training for customers as well as for Tomra Field Service Engineers
5.Provides detailed field reports that are useful for the whole organization after every installation or technical intervention
6.Close cooperation with German head quarter on technology development
7.Support customer test in Asia Test enters
8.Backup for maintenance and repair, predominantly for Recycling, but also tasks in other TOMRA Sorting business streams may occur.

Role and Responsibilities:
1.Ensuring the maximum performance of the TOMRA Sorting systems in the field to satisfy the customers
2.Point of contact for FSE’s for technical and application questions
3.Close communication to superior and/ or headquarter to solve problems and find new ideas and solutions
4.Be a part of the 24/7 Hotline team with dedicated support hours according to the company plan

Candidate profile:
1.Excellent communication and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information and issues in a user-friendly manner
2.Fluent in spoken and written English
3.Excellent technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills
4.Ability to relate to customers, their views and issues, locally and in other countries and cultures
5.Solution driven attitude

Other skills/abilities:
1.University or College studies in preferably Electrical Engineering or Waste Management
2.Minimum 3 years “hands-on” experience in a B2B, Industrial Equipment and/or application support role
3.TOMRA machine experience is a plus
4.Fluent in English, Excellent ability to deal effectively with customers and internal stakeholders at professional level.
5.Proven teamwork skills, excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Be comfortable working in a multinational environment
6.High flexibility and willingness to travel in different countries in Asia (80%)
7.Being self-motivated and having the proven capacity to fully complete tasks
8.Other Asian languages beneficial
