亚太服务销售顾问Service Sales advisor APAC

Position Overview:

Main tasks are:
1.To organize and being responsible for service sales activities in the dedicated countries to ensure the department’s efficient and profitable operation plus satisfying customers and enhancing customer relations.
2.Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
3.Determine price schedules and discount rates.
4.Lead and prepare all administrative works to ensure the Service product selling process at optimized flow.
5.Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
6.Promote TOMRA Care and organize TOMRA Perform Tours in selected countries.
7.Support other service hubs for overall service sales activities, bridge the global HQ, Regional HQ and local service for the price strategy, Service products, execution plans,… 8.Responsible to coordinate all necessaries to make sure some big Service Sales activities, like upgrade, to be delivered in highest quality and customer satisfaction.
9.Other overall responsibilities within the organization (e.g. supportive responsibilities)
10.Assistant to review and develop new Service Sales product according to market need.
11.To enhance the reputation of TSS at every opportunity with customers and partners.

Role and Responsibilities:
1.Drive for Achievement: Responsible for achieving the revenue and cost target (P&L)
2.Efficiency:Ensuring successes are repeated and best practice spread for operational excellence

Candidate profile:
1.Skills in applying and using knowledge in a sales position.
2.Being self-motivated and having the proven capacity to fully complete tasks
3.Ability to manage administration, control systems and financial resources.
4.Technical, professional and engineering qualifications.
5.Experience and knowledge of modern business methods and financial control.
Skills in using knowledge in best practical way.
6.Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills
7.Excellent communication skills, very good in spoken and written English
8.Business experience in a support function

Education:
1. Bachler degree of engineering (electrical, mechanical or electro-mechanical) or business administrative with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferably in similar capacity.

Other skills/abilities:
1.Ability to relate to local customers, their views and issues
2.Socially outgoing, ability to handle stress
3.Willingness for domestic and international travel (30% plus)
