Position Overview 职位概况

• Application engineers need to conduct tests on the entire machine, including software, firmware, hardware, optical and electrical systems, and provide feedback on issues identified during testing to different technical teams.
  应用工程师需要对整机包括(软件、固件、硬件、光学、电气等)进行测试，并将测试中的问题反馈给不同的技术小组。
• Be required to lead the test plan, identify as many issues in the system as possible, and put forward opinions and solutions.
  需主导测试计划，尽可能多地发现系统中的问题点，并提出意见和方案。
• Conduct in-depth research on a specific sorting equipment, provide support to relevant departments (such as production, after-sales, etc.), and aim to become an expert in this field.
  深度研究某一款分选设备，为相关部门（比如生产、售后等）提供支持，目标成为该领域的专家。

Roles and Responsibilities 工作职责

1. Performs tests on new modules or machines, provides a detailed test report.
   测试新的模块和整机设备，提供详细的测试报告。
2. Communicate with different technical specialist with the result of tests. Suggest modifications, improvements to the system.
   根据测试的结果与相关的技术小组沟通，提供改进建议。
3. Establish and test AI models to achieve the optimal test results.
   建立并测试AI模型，得到最佳测试效果。
4. Assist in the design and development of new products and tools necessary to make target applications successful.
   协助新设备的设计研发,以满足目标应用的需求。
5. Application testing, providing equipment performance indicators.
   设备应用测试，提供设备性能指标。

Requirement 岗位要求

1. Bachelor or above majored in technology or Engineering
   工科本科学士学位及以上。
2. At least one year of work experience related to testing and outstanding recent graduates may also be considered.
   一年以上与测试相关的工作经验，优秀应届生也可考虑。
3. A broad technical knowledge,With a good understanding of the technical principles and functional implementation of software, hardware, machinery, etc. Those with practical experience are preferred.
   有较广泛的技术理论知识，对软件、硬件、机械等技术原理及实现功能有较好的了解，有实操经验者更优。
4. Be creative, good at trying different methods to achieve the goals.
   富有创造力，善于尝试不同方法，达到目标。
5. Strong Team spirit and good communication skill.
   良好的沟通技巧与团队精神。
6. Good spoken and written English skills.
   良好的英语口语与书面写作能力。
