Position Overview 职位概况

1. Specialized in the field of equipment digitalization, responsible for back-end architecture design and interactive software development;
   专注于设备数字化领域，负责后端架构设计与交互软件开发工作;
2. Supporting the implementation of systems such as remote equipment monitoring and management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote operation and maintenance coordination.
   支撑设备远程监控管理等系统落地实施，并协同跨团队推进运维协作。

Roles and Responsibilities 工作职责

1. Based on .NET 8 Web API and WPF, adopting the MVVM pattern to build efficient and robust back-end services and applications, ensuring service stability and superior application interaction experience.
   基于.NET 8 Web API及WPF，采用MVVM模式，构建高效健壮的后端服务与应用程序，保障服务稳定性与应用交互体验。
2. Adapted to industrial protocols such as Modbus, MQTT, and gRPC, as well as Socket/UDP communication, enabling equipment data collection, real-time transmission, and bidirectional command interaction.
   适配Modbus、MQTT、GRPC等工业协议及Socket/UDP通信，实现设备数据采集、实时传输与指令双向交互。
3. Responsible for database design, memory performance optimization, and designing secure fault-tolerant mechanisms to ensure the reliable operation of the system.
   承担数据库设计、内存性能优化，设计安全容错机制保障系统可靠运行。

Requirement 岗位要求

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of back-end development experience and basic English communication skills
   本科以上学历，2年以上后端开发经验，有基础的英语沟通能力。
2. Proficient in the .NET 8 framework and skilled in developing back-end services using Web API.
   精通.NET 8框架，熟练运用Web API开发后端服务。
3. Proficient in WPF development, the MVVM design pattern, and multi-threaded programming; familiarity with F# is preferred.
   掌握WPF开发及MVVM设计模式，多线程编程能力。
4. Possesses a solid understanding of the principles of mainstream industrial protocols such as Modbus, MQTT, and gRPC, as well as Socket/UDP communication; experience in industrial HMI software development or relevant industry certifications is preferred.
   了解Modbus、MQTT、GRPC等主流工业协议及Socket/UDP通信原理，有工业上位机软件开发经验或相关行业认证者优先。
5. Possesses database optimization and memory performance tuning capabilities; proficient in Linux server operation and maintenance skills, with the ability to independently build CI/CD automated deployment pipelines being preferred.
   具备数据库优化内存性能调优，掌握Linux服务器运维技能，能独立搭建CI/CD自动化部署流程优先。
