As Service Coordinator you have the overall responsibility for coordinate routine operation in the service department of international hi-tech machines and applications in China
作为服务客服专员,您将全面负责协调中国区设备服务部门的日常运营。

The service department is responsible for ensuring the ultimate customer satisfaction. As part of service back-office function, CSC works closely with other members in the team to achieve excellent service and customer intimacy.
服务部门负责确保最终客户满意度。作为服务后台职能的一部分,客服专员将与团队其他成员紧密合作,以实现卓越的服务和亲密的客户关系。

Roles and Responsibilities 工作职责

  1. Coordinate customer oriented communication 协调客户沟通
    • Provide front line customer interface through phone/e-mail/website generating quotes, sales orders, equipment updates, transfer of technical requests to regional technical team all in a fast, efficient, effective, and customer-centric manner.
      通过电话/电子邮件/网站提供客户快速、高效、有效且以客户为中心的报价、销售订单、设备更新信息,并将技术请求转交给对应区域团队
  2. Ownership of service back office administration 负责服务后台行政管理
    • Administration of service work: Quotation, service/part order, trips, shipment, report and invoice in Company ERP system and follow them up.
      在公司的企业系统中管理服务工作:报价、服务/备件订单、差旅、发货、报告和发票,并进行跟进。
    • Receive customer and internal field service communication and process these reports in the most effective and efficient manner, like service reports, expense reports, …
      接收客户和内部现场服务沟通,并以最有效和高效的方式处理报告,如服务报告、费用报告等。
    • Align with F&A department for the service invoicing and cost control and contacting customers for the payment closing.
      与财务部门协调,处理服务发票和成本控制,并联系客户以完成付款。
  3. Support service sale and marketing 支持服务销售与市场
    • Prepare the quotation / paperwork for Service product like Upgrade, Insurance, Training.
      为升级、保险、培训等服务产品准备报价/文件。
    • Promote TOMRA service products toward customer needs.
      针对客户需求推广 TOMRA 服务产品。
    • Maintain service contracts in organized manner and ensure all the terms to deliver are in full execution.
      有条理地维护服务合同,并确保所有交付条款得到全面执行。
    • Coordinate with marketing to commercialize the service marketing materials
      与市场部协调,将服务营销材料商业化。
  4. Lead stock administration & Support import and export 库存管理及支持进出口
    • Local spare stock and tools administration. Assistant for the stock level management.
      协助本地备件和工具库存管理。
    • Support parts export/Import, coordinate procurements to suppliers and TOMRA entities in the most effective and cost-efficient manner.
      支持备件进出口,以最有效和最具成本效益的方式协调与供应商及 TOMRA 内部的备件采购。
  5. Additional Responsibilities 其他
    • Assistant to service manager on services KPI’s & performance, including customer satisfaction.
      协助服务经理处理服务关键绩效指标和绩效,包括客户满意度。
    • Support documentary needs for service engineers to ensure the travelling convenience, Visa, Flight, Hotel, …
      支持服务工程师的差旅便利,包括签证、航班、酒店等。

Requirement 岗位要求

  1. A minimum bachelor’s degree or related Customer Support field required.
    需具备学士学位或相关客户支持领域背景。
  2. Approx. 1 year of previous experience in logistical coordination, service/customer support in a high technology equipment or instrument company highly desirable.
    1年左右高科技设备物流协调、服务/客户支持方面的经验者优先。
  3. Proven teamwork skills, excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
    具备良好的团队合作能力、卓越的人际、书面和口头沟通技巧。
  4. Analytical skills & Project management skills
    具备分析能力和项目管理技能。
  5. Socially outgoing, ability to handle stress, can handle flexible working schedule.
    性格外向,能承受压力,可适应灵活的工作时间安排。
  6. English skill level in verbal and writing communication.
    具备英语口语和书面沟通技能。
