Roles and Responsibilities 工作职责
- Deal with daily production issue and make sure the delivery on time with good quality.
处理日常生产问题保证产品按时交付。 - According to the product process, propose improving methods, and shorten product delivery time.
根据产品工艺，提出改善方法，缩短产品交付时间。 - Implement NPI project and participate in the production of NPI products. Prepare the tool list, flow chart, SOP before NPI goes into batch production.
实施NPI项目，参与NPI产品制作，量产之前准备：工具清单，流程图和SOP等相关文件。 - Optimize the process, according to the product process, puts forward improving methods and continuously improving SOP or WI.
不断优化生产工艺，根据产品工艺，提出改善方法并不断完善作业SOP / WI等。 - Promote on-site improvement by applying lean management tools (such as 5S, TPM, improvement proposals, etc.) to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
运用精益管理工具（5S、TPM、改善提案等）推进现场改善，提升效率、降低成本。 - Train to operator on working methods and assessment of their operational skills
员工作业方法的培训及作业技能的考核。 - Cooperate with others’ department projects and work.
配合别的部门的项目和工作。
Requirement 岗位要求
- College’s degree or above. Mechanical and Electrical Integration background.
大专及以上学历，机械电气一体化专业背景。 - More than 3 years mechanical equipment manufacture experience
3年及以上机械设备加工行业工作经验。 - Proficient in mechanical design and assembly technology, and skilled in using CAD .
精通机械设计与装配工艺，熟练使用CAD。 - Good understanding of local manufacturing practices and capabilities, especially in machining assembly and installation。
很好的理解当地生产实践和能力，特别是设备组装和安装过程中。 - Have the experience in mechanical production process improve.
有机械设备工厂生产流程改善经验。 - Strong communication skills, good English skills in reading and writing, ability to communicate directly with foreign engineers
沟通能力强，英语阅读和写作方面水平良好，能够与国外工程师直接技术沟通。
