To ensure quality standards are maintained and defect rate of materials and parts,fall within requirements, for both incoming and outgoing.

Roles and Responsibilities 工作职责
- Participate in the project production kick-off meeting and identify special quality control points based on the project configuration.
参与项目生产开工会议，根据项目配置识别特殊质量管控点。 - Quality control in production process and supervised documentation results.
生产过程中质量控制，并监督、记录结果。 - Identify, quarantine, and track issues in production process .
在过程中识别， 隔离， 追踪不良品的处理。 - Responsible for incoming parts inspection, and timely documentation and reporting of quality data.
负责来料零件检验，及时记录和汇报质量状况。 - Timely maintenance of incoming parts inspection status in ERP system, e.g., parts approval or rejection.
及时维护来料零件在ERP系统内的检验状态， 例如：零件接收或拒收。 - Comply with the measurement devices management process.
遵守测量设备管理流程。 - Implementation of corrective and preventive actions according to the instructions.
根据指示实施纠正和预防措施。 - Comply with 5S standards according to internal procedures, processes and instructions.
遵守内部程序、流程和指示，遵守5S标准。 - Other jobs from line managers.

Requirement 岗位要求
- Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering (welding, machining ,assembly and surface treatment)or equivalent experience.
大专学历， 机械（焊接、机加工、装配、表面处理等）及相关专业或经验。 - 1+ years of working experience in machinery, equipment manufacturing, or related industries.
1年以上机械、 设备制造或相关行业工作经验。 - Familiar with sheet metal, Welding structure, machined parts and powder coating parts, with previous relevant inspection experience.
熟悉钣金件、焊接件、机加工件和喷涂的加工工艺并具备相应的检验经验。 - Familiar with mechanical drawings and product assembly.
熟悉机械图纸与产品装配过程。 - Working experience of using general measurement tools, e.g., digital caliper, micrometer, angle gauge, Go-No-Go gauge, film thickness gauge, etc.
能够熟练使用常规量具， 例如， 卡尺， 千分尺， 角度规， 通止规， 膜厚仪等。 - Ability to operate ERP, PC system.
会使用操作ERP、Windows 等办公软件。 - Good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
